CEO / OWNERMy name is Raisul Islam Jewel. My role is through strategic direction to the company, and the business development the company the driver company forward and grow and develop it. My day involves walking in the door and foremost motivating the team. My job to look after and want to make sure they're happy in their role and make sure they know what they're doing that day and that week to assess the operations that are going on make sure everything is safe and make sure, there're no issues. I am maintaining the pace of the company the main principle challenge apart from that is managing people because if you haven't got a happy team you got nothing the skills. I believe each day are absolute patience for what's going on around me not just from my own teams want to be but also from the customer perspective tenacity to keep them enthusiastic.
